Alexandria SSI Lawyer
Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is a needs-based program that provides income for individuals who are disabled, blind or over the age of 65 — and have little or no income. Some people qualify for both SSD and SSI benefits.
I am attorney Arthur J. Branan Jr. I can help you seek maximum benefits if you are dealing with a disability. I can handle both your SSD and SSI claims, if you are eligible.

Income Limitations For SSI
Since SSI is a needs-based program, there are income limitations that apply. If an individual has more than $2,000 in assets — or if a couple has more than $3,000 in assets — there is a dollar-for-dollar reduction in benefits. However, some assets do not count toward that limit, including a vehicle and a house.
There is also household income limit for SSD and SSI. I can go over that amount when you come to my office for a free consultation.
No fees upfront: If you are concerned about the cost of hiring a lawyer, remember that you pay me only if I successfully recover benefits for you.
